Assistant Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

This Assistant Operations Coordinator will have primary responsibility for implementing and executing a bin consolidation strategy to increase warehouse capacity, analyzing and shipping obsolete inventory, and processing analytics, and building out truckloads based on predictive freight analysis.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for implementing and executing a bin consolidation strategy to increase warehouse capacity
• Responsible for analyzing and shipping obsolete inventory
• Responsible for processing analytics, and building out truckloads based on predictive freight analysis
• Responsible for staging of product and scheduling of trucklines for pick up in regard to inventory projects.
• Responsible for working with other companies to alleviate Inventory.
• Responsible for scheduling Inventory Pick ups.
• Responsible for maximizing warehouse space to ensure shipping capacity

Skills

• Must have analytical skills
• Must be familiar with excel

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
