Job Summary
The full-time Customer Service Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for collecting, reviewing, and inputting data into the SAP processing system.
Essential Functions
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within customer service field
- Prepares data for upload entry by compiling and sorting information
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verifies entered data for accuracy by reviewing, correcting, deleting, reentering data; or combining data from multiple systems when information is incomplete
- Secures information by strictly following company procedures for data archiving and backups
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Maintains data integrity and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
- SAP: 1 year (Required)
- Must have equivalent data entry skills (Speed and Accuracy)
- Education (preferred level) High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP necessary
