Details

This MCR Safety Gloves for Glory® option is made of Premium grain goatskin. This supple leather contains natural lanolin that helps create a very soft feel. Characteristics include strongest tensile strength and excellent tactile sensitivity. Best combination of flexibility and comfort. The 4850K MIG/TIG glove is lined with 100% Dupont Kevlar® and has a 4.5 Inch blue split cow leather cuff. It is also sewn with Kevlar® thread.

Gauge


Knitted Gloves are made with yarn that range from 7 gauge to 18 gauge.  The lower the gauge of a yarn the thicker the glove will be.  The higher the yarn’s gauge the thinner the glove will be, which allows for ultimate dexterity.

Leather Type


Goatskin - Proven to be very strong leather with great tensile strength.  Goatskin also has a natural lanolin content that keeps gloves and hands soft.  Provides greater tactile sensitivity.

Level 2

For applications less than 284 degrees Fahrenheit.

ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Standard, ASTM F1060 - 18 Standard Test Method for Evaluation of Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance.  Conductive heat ratings measure the highest contact temperature for which the time to second-degree burn is at least 15 seconds and the alarm time is at least four seconds.
