The MCR Safety Cut Pro®  Series offers various cut protection levels at a competitive price. The 92735N features a 15 gauge plaited black Hypermax™ and steel shell. The shell is coated on the palm and fingers with soft black nitrile. The 92735N scores a “top of the chart” ANSI cut A9. The reinforced thumb crotch provides extended use in a high stress area. The black color hides dirt and grease to provide the user with a perceived desire to wear the gloves longer.

Gauge


Knitted Gloves are made with yarn that range from 7 gauge to 18 gauge.  The lower the gauge of a yarn the thicker the glove will be.  The higher the yarn’s gauge the thinner the glove will be, which allows for ultimate dexterity.

Material


HyperMax synthetic yarns are engineered to protect against cuts and lacerations ranging from ANSI Cut Level A2 up to A9.  Excellent abrasion properties and high levels of comfort are key to the success of this fiber.

For applications less than 176 degrees Fahrenheit.

ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Standard, ASTM F1060 - 18 Standard Test Method for Evaluation of Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance.  Conductive heat ratings measure the highest contact temperature for which the time to second-degree burn is at least 15 seconds and the alarm time is at least four seconds.
