Big Jake® gloves, the ultimate in leather hand protection, are used in heavy duty and rugged environments and made tough for the toughest of jobs! Constructed of Heavy Select Premium A+ side split cow leather and sewn with DuPont Kevlar®, these bad boys will help you work through the roughest situations.  The 1702 features a non woven DuPont™ Kevlar® liner in the palm, cotton canvas back, and rubberized safety cuff keep your hands cool, comfortable, and safe while you work. For applications less than 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Standard, ASTM F1060 - 18 Standard Test Method for Evaluation of Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance.  Conductive heat ratings measure the highest contact temperature for which the time to second-degree burn is at least 15 seconds and the alarm time is at least four seconds.
