Details

This supple leather contains natural lanolin that helps create a very soft feel. Characteristics include strongest tensile strength, excellent tactile sensitivity and is the best combination of flexibility and comfort. The 3601SKHV features premium grade grain goatskin leather, DuPont Kevlar® / Steel Liner, shirred elastic back, and a straight thumb.  The fluorescent orange fingertips and “Watch You Hands” Logo on the back of each hand offers hi-visibility and serves as a safety reminder.

Gauge


Knitted Gloves are made with yarn that range from 7 gauge to 18 gauge.  The lower the gauge of a yarn the thicker the glove will be.  The higher the yarn’s gauge the thinner the glove will be, which allows for ultimate dexterity.

Leather Type


Goatskin - Proven to be very strong leather with great tensile strength.  Goatskin also has a natural lanolin content that keeps gloves and hands soft.  Provides greater tactile sensitivity.

For applications less than 392 degrees Fahrenheit.

ANSI/ISEA 105:2016 Standard, ASTM F1060 - 18 Standard Test Method for Evaluation of Conductive and Compressive Heat Resistance.  Conductive heat ratings measure the highest contact temperature for which the time to second-degree burn is at least 15 seconds and the alarm time is at least four seconds.
